Population Hub

Quincy is the largest city in a 100-mile radius and is the hub of a tri-state area including Northeast Missouri, Southeast Iowa and West Central Illinois and serves a market area of 600,000. It serves as a center for the retail, commercial, employment, education, healthcare and recreational needs of an entire region. With growth around its perimeter, Quincy may soon qualify as a Metropolitan Statistical Area, with more than 50,000 residents already living in contiguous census tracts in and around the city, and another 550,000 within a 75-mile radius. Demographics are collected for 25, 50 and 75 mile radii, providing a more accurate summary of the large market area to draw from.
