Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Qualification (RFQ) for Architectural and Engineering Services for the Quincy Regional Sports Complex

 The Great River Economic Development Foundation (GREDF), on behalf of the Quincy Sports Commission, invites qualified firms to submit a combined Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Qualification (RFQ)  for professional architectural and engineering (A/E) services for the planning, design, engineering, permitting, bidding support, and construction administration of the Quincy Regional Sports Complex.

This facility will serve as a cornerstone project supporting Quincy’s economic growth, community amenities, and strengthen the city’s position as a regional hub for recreation and sports tourism.

Timeline

1. Applications will open on February 17, 2026.
2. The Proposal must be received by 4:00 p.m. on March 19, 2026. Proposals must be sealed in an envelope or box clearly labeled “Quincy’s Sports Complex RFP/RFQ”.
3. Proposals can be delivered to: The Great River Economic Development Foundation at 501 Hampshire Street, Quincy, IL 62301 or submitted electronic proposals to petersm@gredf.org.
