Request for Qualification (RFQ) for the Management and Operations Services for the Quincy Regional Sports Complex

The Great River Economic Development Foundation (GREDF), on behalf of the Quincy Sports Commission, invites qualified firms to submit a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for professional management, operation, and maintenance services. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) invites firms with a proven track record in sports facility administration to submit detailed proposals outlining their capabilities, approach, and commitment to excellence in delivering high-quality services.

The selected firm will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the facility is maintained to the highest standards, coordinating programming and events, and enhancing community engagement through recreational and athletic offerings. This facility will serve as a cornerstone project supporting Quincy’s economic growth, community amenities, and strengthening the community’s position as a regional hub for recreation and sports tourism.

Timeline

The following list includes key dates pertaining to the RFQ process. Each of the dates referenced below may be extended at the sole discretion of the Great River Economic Development Foundation or the Quincy Sports Commission. The RFQ will be open until April 15, 2026. 

1. RFQ Issued –  March 16, 2026
2. Questions Due – April 6, 2026
3. Proposals Due – April 15, 2026
4. Selection & Notice of Intent to Award – June 1, 2026
5. Project Kickoff – June 15, 2026
